On 2 November 2022, the Australian Government, through the Australia – Cambodia Cooperation for Equitable Sustainable Services (ACCESS) Program, handed over 60 wheelchairs to clients of six Physical Rehabilitation Centres (PRCs). We recently visited Prey Veng, Tboung Khmum, and Kampong Cham provinces with government agencies and development partners including the MoSVY Cambodia, UNICEF Cambodia and UNDP Cambodia to observe the progress of Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) and their collaboration with local authorities toward the promotion of inclusive social protection at the sub-national level.
